Pete likes to read too!

He will walk up to us with books now which is great.  I think sometimes the books we read at night are more for Pieper than Peter, we are fixing that now... trying to read to both of them separately instead of together.

Pieper 2 years 11 months

She loves to take pictures, she has many different cameras, none as favorite at mommy's. She is taking my picture as I take hers.
I want to remember the words she says in her own way that I love so much. And yes, they deserve their own line:

She is not sleeping so well at night any more.
She repeats what you say to her... some would say this is talking back...
Does not always want to be a big girl.
Will sometimes play really well with Pete.
Doesn't like to pick up toys.
Loves orange juice.
Says thank you randomly.
Is getting to be to tall for her bed. Maybe this is why she isn't sleeping so well.
Listens mostly when we are in public.
Loves to get her own yogurt out of the fridge. At least she shares with Pete. (and the floor)
She is liking "Bubble Guppies" I don't even know how she found the show.  Of course she also turns on the TV and knows where the Disney Channel is...so I guess new programs are logical.

when he wants a kiss he smacks his lips so I am not sure what this face is all about but he does it a lot.

Pete 15 months

Late as usual.
Will put his fingers in olives, raspberries anything like that and walk around with it before eating it.
Can say what a cow, sheep, lion, chicken, and duck say and tries to say so much more. the usual suspects like ball, car, bird...
Likes to vacuum.
Loves to build.
LOVES to climb, really, look out Mount Everest.
Thinks he is funny a lot. and he is mostly.
Is still under weight according to charts but even the doctor admits he looks really healthy.
Takes shots like a trooper with the smallest little cry.
Loves his meat and potatoes.
Loves Pieper.
Likes to be chased and hide.
Loves to steal Pieper's puppy for hugs but will always give him back... if Pieper lets him have it that long.
Is very good and giving hugs.
Makes very cute kissing noises.
LOVES when Daddy gets home from work.

Pete love to sit at Pieper's table.  He would much rather sit there than in the high chair.  One of these days we will get them their own table.  Oh and in case you haven't noticed... he loves to be almost naked... so does Pieper these days come to think of it!

Whoever said this did not have an almost three year old and a just one year old... we did have fun but maybe they don't mean planting in pots....
If you think you can make a mess you should have seen what we did.  I would have taken pictures but the kids had to go straight into the bath before I could even think of doing anything else!
Pete took as much dirt out as we put in then he would taste it.

Meanwhile...Pieper very kindly trimmed my hibiscus plant, no it did not need to be trimmed.  I don't think I will be getting any flowers this year...
The watering this morning went much better, we did it while Pete was sleeping this morning.
