To Sleep or not to Sleep... not

Pieper is no longer sleeping through the night, she wakes up every four hours and she is not happy when she does! I am not sure if it was the plane ride or daylight savings or both? Add teeth into the mix and we have a mystery suitable for Sherlock Holmes.
I am working on getting her into more of a routine to see if that will help. I miss those 6- 8 hour stretches of sleep! :)
We are also going back to eating twice a day instead of three times... if all else fails, go back to what worked!

Getting the Mama

Travels

Pieper and I flew home for the first time last week, she did REALLY well on the plane! She has really started to ham it up for the camera, we will be lucky to get pictures with her eyes open!Playing with Grandma in the sun!
Talking with Grandpa in the morning
Taking a bath with Aunt Karla's help!
Walking around with Cousin Kyle
Hanging out with Great Grandma
Happy to see Aunt Jean
See how red her cheeks are after she slept all the way to Grandma's house from Atlantic
Uncle Adam, she didn't mind him at all, she was is a little unsure of most boys...

7 Months

I couldn't resist, Pieper was so silly this day that I just have to share them all. Enjoy! :)

Rolling over at last!

Yep, Pieper rolled over all weekend. Even in her crib in the morning. She was on all fours for about 3 seconds so I couldn't get to the camera...
I am not to sure she knows why I get so excited when she is on her tummy but she smiles at her crazy mom anyway.

Peas & Teeth

She love peas! Only a little face on the first bite. :)

I have finally seen a tooth today, see I was right she was getting teeth! ( for about 4 months)
One is out and the other is just under the surface, both on the bottom.

Where did the seven months go?

Pieper's nicknames

She isn't even a year old but here we go:
Crazy Baby
Sideways Baby
Wrongway Pieper
Pieperdoodle
Plum

Walking... Kind of

Pieper can now go 'around' our home. She can go from living room to kitchen, it is like a little race track. When she first started out in her walker she couldn't get over the bump of the carpet... that is no longer an issue. Boy are we in trouble.
Her other favorite pass time is walking with Mom and Dad's hands around the apartment. Probably why my back is out again!
She is still chewing on her tongue, We keep her pacifiers in the freezer to cool her teeth off. It works really well in the middle of the night. Take one out put a new cold one in! :)
She is still not to happy to be on her tummy. She turns circles on the blanket and when she is trying to get something in front of her she ends up scooting away from it! We call her Wrongway Pieper! (yep, that is from Gilligan's Island) As you can imagine she is very happy to be moving away from something she wants... boy does she have a temper... not to sure who to blame that one on... :)
