Sleeping...

 On the couch... I had to put him down, he gets very warm...

 Pete gave her a banana... he couldn't figure out why that didn't wake her up.

First, she isn't wearing clothes because sometimes when she goes in for a nap she takes them off... she then saw Pete was still sleeping and got her camera to take a picture... where oh where would she get that idea...?

Willy the frog... and friends.

 Willy.

 So... for a couple of days we had a pet frog named Willy, he lived on our deck close to my hibiscus.

 One morning when I went out he had brought two friends over to play and hang out for a couple more days...

 You all get the sheer joy of seeing a FEW of the pictures I took of said friends. (not Willy)

 This is my Predator frog... if you have seen the movie, you get it. Funny thing,,, when I showed Jeff the picture at a quick glance he didn't see the frog... I hope the picture above helps you... :)

 Yep, I took a picture with every 'fancy' setting on my camera, I think this is 'pop color' or something.

This is how the photo session started... they broke up after I kept getting the camera closer and closer.

They left a couple of days later... I had to start moving and carefully spraying my indoor plants to come inside, we are suppose to get down to 40's by the end of the week, pretty sure they didn't like the sprayed bugs...  We had two on the deck for two days then one moved to the tomatoes and one moved down to the side of the deck... not sure what happened to number three... he was last seen on the north side of the deck headed for the 'bug fan'...

Pieper 4 years 1 months

Is very excited she goes to a new school.  Long story, not so happy beginning good ending.
She goes 4 days a week from 9:15-12:15
Will rarely take naps . I think she needs them more often than she does.
Loves to climb trees.
Can't seem to get the hang of the monkey bars.
Is very helpful in getting things for me when I ask.
Will tell you "you already told me that" or "I am going already give me a moment"
Is a little bossy when it comes to Pete and what games they will play.
Loves to talk to the neighbor Caroline, she is 13. Will often run down to the fence and wait for her.  Yes, she is a mini stalker.  :)
Is starting to like to take showers.
Will wake up early to run out to get the IPad so she can play with it in her room under the covers before anyone else is up.
Her favorite shows or books have princesses.
She still loves pink, although the other day she told me she liked red and green also...
She tells Pete all the things he will get to do when he is as big as she is...
She love to look at pictures of her family from when she was little, sometimes she thinks its Pete.  She will also get upset when she sees me prego and she isn't around, she says she misses me...
If we are lucky she is asleep by 9:00, oh my how we have been trying to change that but Pete is no better.
Still loves shoes and clothes.  She is getting better at not putting on as many outfits now that she is in school.
She is the best little eater... she loves chicken cordon pink and just about everything else.
Is very good at brushing her teeth and since she went to the dentist with me will often come up and want to check your teeth with a spoon...
Talks about how she would love to take a trip to Iowa and start off at night, thinks maybe Christmas would be an 'excellent' time to do that.

Peter 2 Years 6 months

He is a picky eater.  Love fruits and vegetables meat has to be cooked just right.  He doesn't mind skipping meals.
Is growing taller.
Is a daredevil but careful... if that doesn't make sense you have to see him at a park on the equipment.
Loves to help pain or get the tape or scissors for or with me.
Likes to pick up worms.
Caught his first toad and loves to show you how he caught it on a jump.
Missed Pieper when she goes to school but loves to play in classroom when we drop her off.
Will gladly tell Daddy what he did that day when asked.
Likes to rip the very same thing out of the very same books time and time again.
Still dumps his milk on the tray... and yes he is still in the high chair.  At this rate he may not get out until he is fifteen.
Does not like to have his teeth brushed.
Likes to turn lights on and off.
Will sing with you.
Still my dancing boy.
Can work the IPad but not the Kindle.
Loves to vacuum.
