Loves Books

She has liked to read since she could turn the pages but all of the sudden she is kissing the pages? She really likes it when Daddy says to put her finger in the book and closes it really loud!

Movie moment

Yes, Pieper came out of the bathroom holding toilet paper, yes it was still attached, she very calmly handed me the end she was holding and went on her way.

Jeff bought he a potty today, we just have it in the living room for now so she will get used to sitting on it, we will see where this goes...

Pieper never takes one bite at a time she just keeps shoveling the food in, where is the rush, today she snuck so much hamburger in her mouth she scared herself and me! yes, I know i shouldn't put so much on her plate at one time, thank you.

She is getting to be more of a dare devil, things she would never do like run across the couch she does now without thinking, we are in for a spill one of these days.

She likes to be told secrets in her ear.

She will do "cheese" if you do it to her.

She likes black olives and cauliflower. (not at the same time)

She will point at your nose but not her own.

She loves ice cubes, sucks them in her mouth so fast it makes me nervous, I will leave that to Jeff.

She loves to play hide and seek, especially when both Jeff and I hide at the same time!

Jeff's new boss has invited us to her home for a party and she has a pool. She also bought Pieper a 'floaty' it will be her first big pool... I have the 'water' diapers ready!

We will put her car seat forward for the trip home next week, should be fun!

Interesting

She likes to act like she is giving you a treasure and turns and runs away.

She loves to be chased around the house, she really giggles when it is both Jeff and I doing the chasing at the same time.

She still doesn't eat eggs but everything else you can think of goes down without a problem.

Those 12 teeth bother her every once and a while.

She opens her mouth like a baby bird to give you kisses or let you know she wants some of your food or drink.

Pieper is getting better at drinking out of a glass... then she starts to chew on it because of the sound her teeth make on the glass.

She waves bye bye to everyone.

She loves to dance to any music.

She has learned to take off her cloth diapers, they have velcro, then run from me with the diaper hanging off to one side.

She still lets you know when she has a dirty diaper and walks with you to get it changed. We are thinking of buying a potty...

She gives eskimo kisses!

When you get her out of her crib in the morning or from a nap, she will hand you her stuffed boston terrier puppy to get him out first. :)

Pieper will walk up to the sink (her bath tub) if she thinks it is time to take a bath.

Our baby will be 1 year old in 20 days.
