Visitors!!

Taking pictures of Pieper's costume... please note how Uncle Rudy is struggling with the silly phone...it was a source of some fun....Whenever she puts on her costume she hold her hands like that....

 So many books were read... I bet Aunt Jean doesn't read any for a good long while...

 I will not explain this picture, suffice to say I am laughing right now...

 It was their 29th Anniversary and nothing 'crazy' happend!  Cheers!

 Pete liked the white ones again this year.

 Pieper went for size and yes she carried them both to the cart by herself, Jeff just helped at the end.

Likes to come home and show what exercises she learned in PE... they only have it twice a week...
Sat down and wrote all the numbers and copied the words out of a number book we made...she was very proud she didn't have to ask Jeff or I for any help with the letters.

Said " Mom, when do I get to buy lunch at school"
Me "I don't know, why?"
"Because they had pizza today."
Why else would someone want hot lunch?

Doesn't very often want to ride her bike when she comes home but will sometimes eat everything in sight.
Likes to pick her outfit for the day, I have only had to have it change it once and trust me it was necessary.
She love broccoli but not 'aspary things'.(asparagus)  She smelled them cooking the other day and was not happy.
Will gladly clean her plate for desert.
If Peter says 'yuckable' about a some food Pieper will always say 'Mommy, I think 'it' is very yummy'...
Says she must be 'fashionable' when getting dressed for  school. uh oh... :)
Would eat some kind of soup everyday...I have ordered a thermas for school but it is taking forever!
Is very proud when she doesn't cry when Pete does something to her.
Talks about how she tries to be very good in school but once she was loud in the hall. Yep, I bet it was just once.
Says she can do three monkey bars...almost, she thinks.  This has been a challenge for us at the playgrounds for some time...
 Likes to draw but sometimes gets upset if she can't draw it (dragon) the way it should look.
Come up with crazy made up names for everything...
Wants to have 30 babies and then wants me, Grandma, Aunt Leelann and Aunt Karla and Cousin Olivia and our neighbor Caroline to help her with them... We tell her that is fine but she needs wait until she is 25 to start having babies...

 She was very proud of how she fixed her hair...

Peter September

He has his first cold of the season.
Will say his 'f' and 's' sounds after A Lot of prodding.
Is still fearless.
Is sitting in a chair... he doesn't know it yet... :)
Will still eat fruit first and drink his milk. Hard to remember this is the boy who didn't like milk at first.
Loves to ruff house.
Gives Pieper hugs when she comes home from school...even  if she doesn't want one.
Is not very interested in learning how to write his name so we are doing one letter at a time.
Is now "bribe able" if you use the IPad.  This makes me happy as chocolate was not working... :)
Still covers his ears if he thinks something 'scary' is going to happen.
Likes Paw Patrol and Wallykazam.
Likes to be carried into a store.
Wants to ride his bike but only if you are outside with him...he has only ever ridden with Pieper.
When he says something that is not right and you correct him he will say "Oh, right" like he knew the whole time.
Has some very nice tantrums but so far they have been at home. I am very thankful.
He calls hot chocolate "coconut"
Likes to tell people he is a big boy...mostly.
Threw his first major temper tantrum in public at a Barns and Noble.  It was not good.
He told me, after watching a little Monday night football, he wanted me to "watch him play football and throw the football"
He knows who Phil is... :) Just like his sister... he he!
